Items are eligible for Return/Exchange if:
- the tags are still attached.
- the items are in resellable condition (items returned dirty, with animal hair, with a foul odor or other signs of wear will only be eligible for a 50% refund).
- the style is still available for sale on our website (not discontinued).
If the item meets these standards, fill out our Return/Exchange Request. We will issue a refund for the product purchase price. We cannot refund shipping charges. You are responsible for payment of shipment (your choice of carrier/method) back to us. For large (over $500) or bulk orders (requiring special care and/or large shipping expenses) there will be a 5% restocking fee.
We are happy to help you get the right style or size even if it takes a little back and forth shipping. If you need this service, just use our Return/Exchange Request and we will contact you with instructions to get you what you need. You can expect to pay the shipment to return the original item to us (your choice of carrier/method) and we will resend the newly requested item with no cost to you within the U.S. International customers are responsible for shipping both ways and any customs/duties fees.
Note: If you need your exchange very quickly, consider requesting a refund for the original item and placing a second order to get your "exchange" shipped right away.

- Click "Track/Exchange/Return" next to the applicable order.
- Click the blue box to "Start a Return/Exchange Request".

Quality Guarantee Claims
If you should have a problem with one of our products, please email us to make us aware of the problem. We will be requesting a picture of the defect and a picture of the tag (at the neck) so you can send those in the first email as well. A Quality Guarantee Claim for a defective or unsatisfactory item will be addressed with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
